TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER, please make sure to:

and let me know what you have in mind for your custom plushie(s). I will let you know if it is something that I can do for you (usually within 24 hours) and if so, discuss your order with you in further detail. This ensures that I can make you the best and most accurate plushie possible to what you had in mind!
Please keep in mind that I do NOT currently accept commissions for new types of animals or designs. Here are some animals that I do make:
-Axolotl: one size
-Bee: baby, mini chunky, medium, regular, big, or jumbo size
-Narwhal or Whale with Horn
-Whale: modified (in between medium to big size) or jumbo size
-Frog: medium size or baby size
-Ghost: Big or mini size
-Chubzilla (chubby dinosaur): one size
-Nubz the dino: one size
-Turtle: one size
-Bunny: one size
If there's an animal that you've seen me make on my social media, but is not listed here, feel free to ask about it. I may or may not still be making them.
The size in the title of this custom order listing is solely for me and for shipping cost purposes. It does NOT always correlate with the size of the plushie(s) or mean that all of my plushies are available in these sizes.
2. After discussing the details of your order, I will direct you to the correct listing to purchase and provide you with a custom order number (CO#) to select as your "type of plushie". Since this is the way that I am able to identify what I'm making for you, custom orders placed from this listing WITHOUT messaging me first will either be cancelled (if I catch it before making and shipping the order) or receive whatever order the CO# was assigned to. Due to their nature, custom orders cannot be returned and refunded after they have been made, so please make sure you have messaged me first and selected the correct CO# that I assigned to you.
Please note that my plushies are meant to be more like decorations and are not meant to be toys for children.
PROCESSING TIME:
The current processing time for all my custom orders is around 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please also take into account time to discuss your order and shipping time in addition to this. I recommend reaching out to me at least one month before the date that you need the plushie to ensure that it arrives in time (if you are in the US). If you are outside of the US and it is shipping internationally, I recommend reaching out to me at least 1.5 to 2 months in advance to account for international shipping time. It takes longer to deliver to some countries than others.
Custom orders purchased from this listing will receive a photo of the finished item at least 12 hours before it is mailed out. If you'd like to see how it looks before it is shipped, please make sure to check your email/messages frequently around the time your order is supposed to ship out. I am required by Etsy to ship it out by the end of the processing time and while I try to finish custom orders early, sometimes when I am experiencing a high volume of orders , I may need to use the majority of the processing time to finish your order. If this is one of those cases and I do not hear back from you about any changes within the 12 hour period, I may proceed to ship if necessary to make sure your order does not arrive late. If at any point in this process, you'd like an update on your order or a more specific estimate of when it will be finished, please feel free to reach out to me at anytime. You can contact me again through the same chat where we discussed the details of your order, or through Etsy or the "contact us" form again (If you contact me outside of the initial chat, please also include your order number so I know which order to look up).
GENERAL PLUSHIE DETAILS AND WARNINGS:
-Material: Polyester yarn, polyester fiber fil, plastic safety eyes, acrylic yarn (for some plushies, used as blush or mouth detailing)
-ALLERGENS: While I take measures to keep materials and products away from pets, this product is stored, packaged, and handmade in a home with a cat and may be exposed to cat fur, cat dander, etc. Workspaces are regularly disinfected with disinfectant wipes.
-CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: This product is NOT intended as a toy! Keep away from infants, young children, or pets! Safety eyes and other materials can be a choking hazard.
-Address: Please make sure to double check that your address is correct when placing your order! Buyers are responsible for delayed, returned, or lost orders as a result of an incorrectly entered address. If the item is returned to me, there may be re-shipping costs to accommodate a change of address. If you need to change or update your address, please message me using the "contact us" before your order has been shipped out and I can change the address for you.
Due to the extra time, care, and uniqueness put into crafting custom orders, custom plushies may cost a little more than similar non-custom plushies in my shop.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND FILMED ORDERS:
You are welcome to ask me to film your custom order for social media. I will do my best to accommodate filming requests, but this does not always guarantee that a video will be made.The video may be posted onto any of my social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube etc). If you would like me to film a video on your custom order, please let me know through the messages where we discussed your order. If you'd like to be tagged, please leave your handle and let me know which social media platform it is for.
The style of the video and when it will be posted is up to my discretion.
Videos may include:
-mentioning you/shouting you out by first name
-the crochet process of making your order
-background information behind your order (based on what you told me in messages)
-information relevant to the design that you chose for your order
-a recreation of the dialogue in the messages (condensed and sometimes paraphrased)
-packaging
If you're not comfortable with any of the above or have any conditions/anything specific that you'd like me to omit, please let me know! :)
All plushies and orders may be shown on my social media or website regardless. However, I will always ask for your permission before I include your name or story (unless you specifically asked for your order to be filmed, in which that request will be considered as permission). Not all plushies or orders will be recorded for social media.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. Processing time varies depending on the item. Please view the individual listing for the processing time. If your order contains items with different processing times, your order will ship out based on the item with the LONGEST processing time. If you would like items with faster processing times to ship out earlier, please place separate orders.
Once you order is marked as "shipped", it is in the possession of USPS shortly after. It can take a few days for USPS to update the status from "Pre-transit" to "In Transit", even though your package is already on its way. Shipping time varies based on location. Please note that there may be potential shipping delays by the carrier, especially around the holidays, that are unfortunately, not in my control.
For digital patterns, you should be able to find it available for download in your order confirmation email or your Etsy order history. If you are unable to find it or there is technical difficulties, please reach out to me and I will gladly email it directly to you.
I currently do not accept cancellations or returns unless there is a problem with the item or with the fulfillment of your order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me through my shop within 14 days from delivery and I'll gladly help you out.
If your order arrives damaged or defected, please message me through my shop within 14 days from the time of delivery in order to receive a replacement. Photo proof is required
If your order is lost in transit, please contact me through my shop within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.
